We provide monthly maintenance service for rust inhibitor systems and stain removal for your Residential or Commercial property.

No Muriatic Acid!
We include the following items except as noted:
- Inspect and maintain the injector system
- Supply rust inhibitor chemicals by the gallon per month
- Maintain the chemical tank, tubing and injector pump
- Spray brown stain on driveway, front entrance walkway, building walls, and deck area. Spraying of furniture is not included.
Our pricing is based on the size of the property and the density of the stain to be maintained. We use a high quality, mild chemical solution to remove the brown tannin stains that accumulate around the property from the high iron and mineral content from the water supply.
No muriatic acid is used at any time!
The above maintenance schedule for Rust Inhibitor systems excludes the following items: injector pumps and tanks. These items will be repaired, replaced, installed or sprayed only with the owner's approval.

Adding service coverage of the street, curbing along street and sidewalk area is based on the total area size and the rate will vary based on the amount of maintenance needed for the property.
